Watching live cams from your phone

Most people watch from a phone, and Rouge is built for that first: two rooms per row, one tap to open a room, a bar at the bottom to move between live, categories, languages and guides. No download, no store, no notifications unless you ask for them.

Opening a room

Tap a card to open the performer's page. If they are on stage, the live stream starts right there, muted until you tap the speaker. Tap the full-screen icon to turn the phone sideways and fill the screen. To chat, tip or go private, use the button below the player: it takes you to the room with your account.

Sound and autoplay

Phones block sound until you interact with the page. One tap on the player is enough. If the stream doesn't start at all, check that Low Power Mode isn't limiting video, or reload the page.

Data use

A live stream uses roughly the same data as a video call: around half a gigabyte per hour on a standard quality stream, more in full screen on a fast connection. On a limited plan, prefer Wi-Fi for long sessions.

Cam to cam from a phone

In a private show you can turn your own camera on. Your browser asks permission once; you can revoke it any time in the phone's settings. Nobody else in the audience can see your camera, only the performer, and only while the show runs.

Keeping it discreet

Use a private or incognito window and the site won't appear in your history or suggestions. If you save Rouge to your home screen, the icon is a plain R with no explicit name. Notifications are off by default.

Add to home screen

On iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android: the browser menu, then Add to Home screen. You get a full-screen shortcut without going through an app store.
