How tokens work on a live cam site

Tokens are the only money that moves inside a room. You buy a pack once, from the checkout page, and then spend it in small amounts whenever you feel like it: a tip during a public show, a private session, a buzz on an interactive toy. The performer receives a share of every token you spend, so tipping is the direct way of paying the person on stage.

What tokens buy

• Tips. Any amount, at any time, in a public or private room. Most performers show a tip menu with what a given amount triggers.
• Private shows. You pay per minute, in tokens, for a one-to-one session. The rate is set by the performer and shown before you start.
• Group and ticket shows. A cheaper way to see a full show, split between everyone in the room.
• Toy controls. Some performers use toys that react to tips. Each tip level maps to an intensity and a duration.
• Gifts and messages. Small extras: a highlighted message, a virtual gift, a private message when they are offline.

What tokens don't buy

Watching. Every public room on Rouge is free, with no time limit and no token balance required. You can create a free account, follow performers, chat, and never buy a single token. Plenty of people do exactly that.

How packs are priced

Tokens come in packs. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per token, which is the usual logic of prepaid credit. The exact price of each pack, in your currency, is on the checkout page before you confirm anything. Payment methods include cards, some wallets and crypto, depending on your country. There is no subscription: buying a pack once does not commit you to buying another.

Reading a tip menu

A tip menu is a short list a performer pins in the room: an action and the number of tokens that triggers it. It is a menu, not a contract. If something is not on it, ask in chat before tipping for it. If a performer is running a goal (a target of tokens for a bigger moment), the counter shows how far the room is from it.

A sensible way to start

Buy the smallest pack, spend it slowly, and see how the rooms you like actually work. A few tokens tipped with a kind word usually get more of a reaction than a large silent tip. If you never end up spending them, nothing is lost: tokens keep.
