Becoming a performer on Rouge

Anyone who is 18 or older can apply to stream on Rouge. You don't need a studio, a following or special equipment: a phone with a decent camera and a quiet, well-lit space is enough to start. Here's the honest version of what it takes.
Who can apply
- You're at least 18 (or the legal age where you live, if higher).
- You have a valid government-issued ID.
- You're streaming yourself. Couples and groups are welcome, and every person on camera has to be verified.
Verification
You create an account as a performer, upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding it, and a human reviewer checks them. This is required by law everywhere the platform operates and it protects you too: nobody can stream under your name. Verification is usually done within a day.
Your first stream
Pick a time when you can stay online for at least a couple of hours, put a lamp in front of you rather than behind, and start with a public show. Talk to whoever walks in, even when the room is small; the people who stay are the ones who tip. Set a simple tip menu with three or four items and one goal for the session. Don't try to do everything on day one.
How you get paid
Viewers spend tokens in your room and you receive a share of every token. Your earnings are shown in real time in your dashboard and paid out on a fixed schedule, to a bank account, a payout wallet or crypto. There's no fee to join and no minimum hours.
What a realistic first month looks like
The first weeks are about being found: streaming at regular hours, in the category and language that fit you, so that the same people find you again. Some performers earn from their first night, most build slowly over a few months. Being regular matters more than being perfect. Rouge shows every performer's usual hours on their page, so regulars know when to come back.
Rules that protect you
You decide what you do on camera, always. You can block a viewer, end a show, or leave at any time. Recording your streams is forbidden for viewers, and the platform's team takes reports seriously. Never share personal contact details in a room; everything you need happens inside the platform.
